Hi,and welcome to the site. Your spider is a crevice weaver,family Filistatidae. Kukulcania hibernalis species. One other remote is Kukulcania arizonica (black hole spider)
As you see,these are rather docile and not an aggressive hair on them.
I had 5 about my place in Vegas. Mature males look quite different,one just passing by:
