Not sure if this is a Fishing Spider, it is about 3” across. We have wetlands in our back yard and the Itercoastal waterway is within 50 yards of us.
Found under a rock wall capstone when we picked it up. It is sittin on the edge of the hole of the stone rock wall.

Hi, and welcome to the site. Your spider looks to be a running crab spider in the philodromidae family.
