This spider was found in our house. It was very very fast, and very hard to catch.
Hi, and welcome to the site. Yor spideris a male huntsman spider, Sparassidae family, Heteropoda venatoria species, Likely juvenile lacking adult markings. They can get a fair size and are quick when spooked but not a threat to humans or pets. The eyes and white mustache give these away.
The same spider is called cane spiders in Hawaii.
