Hi, and welcome to the site. Your spider is a green lynx spider, one of the Oxyopidae family.
Peucetia viridans species. These are more a vegetation/shrub sort of spider, nice find for Vegas, I have only found one in 30 years.

I just saw this spider crawling on my towel at Boulder Beach at Lake Mead. The date is June 8th, 2019. I am positive it is the exact spider in this picture.
