She is an orbweaver in genus Araneus- either Araneus diadematus or Araneus marmoreus. She is difficult to identify because she has oviposited her eggs into an egg sac. The eggs’ volume stretched her abdomen and now it is a bit rumpled. She is near the end of her life. The rumpled abdomen makes her markings less visible. Her leg markings match a Marbled Orbweaver and her dorsal markings resemble a Cross Orbweaver. Either way, she is a docile spider that isn’t dangerous to humans.
