Found this spider on the upper corner of my shower. Looks like possibly a false black widow as i couldnt see any red marks. Moved really quick when i spotted it.

Yes this is one of the False Widows in genus Steatoda. They are not medically dangerous to people. They are dangerous to insects and other arachnids. I like having these in my house, mosquitoes and house flies don’t recognize their messy webs as spider webs. Their webs are also in the places mosquitoes go when they are hovering around in a room.
