Definitely not Tegenaria domestica. Looks like something close to a male Steatoda grossa. Don’t think I’ve seen one with quite that pattern though so not sure.
Steatoda grossa is the most common species in the Czech Republic, from the studies I looked at. Steatoda bimaculta is present but threatened. Steatoda triangulosa may have been introduced.
