Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 The “pincher-like” things are pedipalps, they are enlarged and used as reproductive organs on mature male spiders. I can barely make much out in this image. A common genus of spider this might be is Callobius (the family is Amaurobiidae, commonly called Hacklemesh Weavers). I’d need to see a clearer image to be sure. There are other similar things it might be.

Thanks for your help! It looked similar to the one you have shared though it was definitely black.
