Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 The “pincher-like” things are pedipalps, they are enlarged and used as reproductive organs on mature male spiders. I can barely make much out in this image. A common genus of spider this might be is Callobius (the family is Amaurobiidae, commonly called Hacklemesh Weavers). I’d need to see a clearer image to be sure. There are other similar things it might be.
