Looks like a Wolf Spider to me

This is a female Grass Spider. They have very similar markings to Wolf Spiders. The easiest way to tell them apart is that Grass Spiders have protruding spinnerets. Neither type of spider is dangerous to people.

Never use that line on women! 😉 She’s gravid – full of nearly mature eggs. She’ll coat them in semen to fertilize them when she puts them in an egg sac. Spiders move in mysterious ways!

I do that too, just grab something and realize maybe it was a bad idea later. I never work with power tools, that’s way too much impulsive grabbing danger! I often find myself telling children, ” Don’t do what you just saw me do.”
