Definitely appears to be Eratigena atrica, great picture!
Hi, and welcome to the site. I do agree with a female Eratigena. Most of the giant house spiders I have seen though could straddle a standard drain for their size. Eratigena agrestis looks identical,just significantly smaller. Those I identify by examining leg hairs and denticles with magnification.
Similar features separate these from the Tegenaria domestica. A female E agrestice I caught, you can compare size from my finger below the tray,body 15MM.(Black spider is Zelotes ground spider):
