it kinda reminds me of a huntsman spider, but I feel like it's way too small. note: I didn't do a whole lot of research, but I know they have forward facing legs.

Coloration and stance makes me think Xysticus spp., Ground Crab spiders. I’m not confident enough to know the species unfortunately.
I agree, I am not far from Payette and found a few of these. Xysticus acquiescens ???
Their lateral eyes are wideset compared to bark crab spider (Bassaniana) I also find.
