This is a False Widow in genus Steatoda. It might be Steatoda grossa, a False Black Widow. They are common and not dangerous to people or pets. They’re actually great house spiders! They catch mosquitoes and flies and other insects and spiders. It is a Cobweaver or Tangleweb Spider. They make true cobwebs. Cobwebs are surprisingly cool, really!
