Not taken by me, published by a contact on facebook who claims she was bit by one like in the picture, and the bite wound took three months to heal. This is in Sweden, we shouldn't have any species like that here.

Quoting a reddit-user who identified it for me – “The spider is a cave spider in the genus Meta, most likely Meta menardi. They belong to the family of long-jawed orb weavers.”
Yep, I agree. They’re not considered to be of medical significance, everyone’s immune system is different though.
