I think she’s a Marbled Orbweaver, Araneus marmoreus.

She has venom for killing prey but it isn’t medically significant to humans. She is very unlikely to bite you. She’s big because her eggs are almost done maturing inside of her abdomen. She will put them in an egg sac soon. Then she won’t be so big.
