Some kind of orb weaver.

It’a body it’s like 2-3 cm long, forgot to mention that, sorry.
Crab spider definitely, not sure of exact species.
Which by the way or not orbweavers, they’re a different family called Thomisidae
It is dangerous or harmless?
As far as I know, not at all. I’ve never heard of a dangerous crab spider. Anyway it’s so small I doubt it’s fangs are big enough to bite you. In fact, it looks a lot like a golden rod crab spider, a species which I handled extensively over the summer. It may not be that, but anyway it is harmless.
Okay there’s a possibility it’s an orbweaver… let’s see what other people think
Yes, this is an orbweaver in genus Araneus. She might be a pale Araneus diadematus. Not dangerous. She’s pretty.
