- Attributes:
Female – from the abdomen shape and presence of a web in maturity. The males in family Aranidae only make webs when they are immature. I don’t think she is Araneus andrewski though Oregon is a good place to find them. They seem to have a big white spot and moderate angulate projections (shoulder bumps). This may be Araneus diadematus, a Cross Orbweaver though her markings aren’t typical- more round than linear in the lateral surfaces.
