She’s an Orbweaver spider, possibly Eriophora edax. That’s a species that is very variable in appearance. She isn’t dangerous to people or pets. She looks happy to be where she is. She has a nice huge web near a porch light. That gives her protection from rain and birds, a solid frame for her web, and the bonus of occasional artificial lighting at night that lures nocturnal insects right to her web.
