That is no spider. It’s an insect, or I think it might be a stink bug or a or a shield bug. Please contact the moderator of this site Itsy Bitsy so she can remove your picture.

It might be a BoxElder bug. They tend to be close to Box Elder Maple trees. Don’t worry about contacting anyone. Bug mistakes happen.
Itsy can file it in the miscellaneous insects file or delete it after the submitter has time to see the message. Some insect photos can be useful to show people which insects get mistaken for spiders and to show the difference between insects and spiders. Thanks for being here in this mostly deserted forum.
