This is a male Cobweaver in genus Steatoda of family Theridiidae. The spiders in this genus are commonly called False Widows. They aren’t dangerous to people and actually kill and eat spiders that ARE dangerous to us. Their in potent against many arachnids and insects. I actually feed the ones that live in my house and spritz water ontto their webs to keep them hydrated in dry seasons.
