Not sure what this spider is but it is beautiful and seemed to be eating my jasmine flowers.

Wow! That’s a gorgeous spider! I think there’s only one known vegetarian species of spider and this isn’t it. This is a Crab Spider in family Thomisidae. They are ambush hunters that don’t make webs. They go to a place where they expect insects or other spiders to go and stay still, blending in. They use their first two pairs of legs as part of the disguise, lining them up with the flow of lines in the background. Yours is using its legs like the shadow around a flower petal.
