Hibana gracilis? I've had a photo identified as H. gracilis previously from this location. This photo is a different angle, I don't know if it is the same species. It is pale yellow with a very black shiny face. It moves like a Grass Spider. The web is like a Grass Spider, but lighter colored, more white than gray. The background is my house foundation.
