Yes but it’s a male, so he’s pretty much harmless. Male widows don’t produce enough venom to pose a significant threat to humans.

Yes, a male Latrodectus heesperus, juvenile. males are harmless, I have never known them to even bite.
Found one traipsing my dest, picked it up and gave him to a female living in the back bathroom:

Closer look, may be adult, those palps are awful swollen.
