Does anyone know what kind of spider this is? I need it identifying for a research project
What kind of research project? Please get more photos while you have the spider, in case you need them. Ventral and anterior (for the eye arrangement) may be needed. Also look at what the web is like. Is there only cobwebs, like in the photo or does it have a web at the wall/ceiling junction? The anterior photo (face) would also give a clue to whether it is male or female. If we need the extra photos they can be uploaded separately as newposts.
University Coursework, it’s not a huge percentage and I wasn’t able to get many photos as it was moving too quickly, I have one more photo I took from above for a dorsal view, if I can work out how to upload it I’ll let you know

Thank you Itsy! E.L., I hope you go into the Invertebrate Zoology field, I almost did and it would have been a good choice. I still got to study plenty of insects, mostly cockroaches, in the building inspection career I went into instead.
