That’s an attractive Black Widow! The mostly red legs are quite nice. It is either Latrodectus variolus or L. mactans.

For your area, Black Widow sightings are relatively rare in general. We only have about three sightings from Arkansas. There are some that have been identified as Latrodectus variolus with red legs in our gallery. That doesn’t exclude the other species in your state from having occasional red legs. If we can’t identify to species level in a way we can qualify, we only go to the level we are confident with. In this case our site moderator and I are only confident to genus level.
