Same as mine crawling on rain gutter today in St George. Called pest control and they identified it as a redback jumping spider but the pictures don’t match. Caught picture with our security camera
This appears to be Phidippus californicus. You live in the species primary range. The pest control people did get the genus, Phidippus, correct. There are several jumping spiders like yours that look similar and have different appearances within a species by age and gender. Your security camera got a great image! I’m impressed, it is very clear and artistic too, like an old oil painting. Many of the security cam spider pics we get are overexposed because the spider is too close to the lights.
