Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This looks like a Wolf Spider (Lycosidae), Trebacosa marxi. (Nice find, btw.) Like most spiders they have venom but are not considered to be of medical significance. Everyone’s immune system is different though. Thanks for sharing!
