Found this one under a rock at in Ramsey Creek in Minnesota. Originally thought it was a wolf spider, but think this is now a fishing spider.

Hi there this does look like a “female” fishing spider. Nice find :3
I think she’s Dolomedes scriptus. That looks like the spots where I found some too. They seem to fish where humans like to fish from shore. I watched two sit on a rock together with their feet in the water. They feel for vibrations of nearby prey like humans do with fishing line. Like the humans in the area, they didn’t move or catch anything for hours.
