Hi,and welcome to the site. Looks to be a female giant house spider, Agelenidae family, Eratigena atrica species.

These are not medically significant.
Hi, there were some recent taxonomic in this genus. This might be either E. duellica or E. saeva. Looks like duellica to me but I’m not certain enough to file there. Welcome to Spider ID. 🙂
