She’s an orbweaver in family Aranidae, genus Argiope. This photo angle is difficult, the female spiders are usually in a web, vertical. Possible species in the Middle East include: Argiope trifasciata, A. lobata, and A. bruennichi. The World Spider Catalog is online and can search by genus. From the genus name look for “genus catalog” to see all of the species and ranges. The Latrodectus species have a more rounded shape and higher arches to the legs. We appreciate receiving info from Lebanon, it is underrepresented in our data.
