I don't really know what this one would be. Orb Weaver of some sort? Anyways there were a ton of them everywhere.

@TangledWeb if you see this, can you tell me if the picture is still traceable through the metadata or not? I did what you suggested. I disabled location services and then edited the picture through an editing app. Then I replaced the original with this one on my photos app. I swiped up and it said something like “no location information” and it was blank. Can you make sure it’s like that in general?
It worked! Your location, camera type,date, and time metadata didn’t come through openly. Just the photo resolution info, which is normal. Even having your visible date and time metadata being overwritten by my own photo transfer time is more info blocked than is typical! Yay!
Definitely an orb weaver. Also known as garden spiders. They are harmless, and interesting to observe.

If it doesn’t, search Leucauge and click on any species that comes up with “genus catalog “to the right . The general locations for each species are listed on the gray horizontal lines.
