No idea what species it is or how long it spent in the bathtub (I had just came back from spending Thanksgiving Break with family). It apparently used the drain to get in and out the bathtub as it was gone by tomorrow morning.
From the shape it looks like a Crab Spider. It is odd for one to show up in a bathtub, don’t want to know it is eating in the winter.
