Looks like Eratigena atrica or Giant House Spider.

Giant house spider, looks identical, just a lot bigger. They are all over Tualatin also.

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 I agree this is a Giant House Spider, Eratigena duellica. (There were some recent taxonomy changes – three similar species were synonymized as Eratigena atrica then after DNA testing they were restored as three separate species thus the discrepancy between the suggested species names here).
