Tegenaria domestica? It is difficult to identify dead spiders, they change color and lose their characteristic posture and unbroken shape. I can tell from the markings that it isn’t one of the few spiders in North America that can be dangerous to people. They are: Black Widows, Brown Recluses, and maybe Brown Widows.
