Guessing a Common House spider, smaller than a pea.

Just curious if anyone has information on this spider. Very small, I turned on my sink and noticed this little guy almost fell down the drain. Luckily he caught himself but he seems to have a droplet of water on his head. Hope he’s okay to keep around…
Hi, It looks like it is in family Theridiidae. The colors and banded legs resemble a young Brown Widow, Latrodectus geometricus. The catch is that I don’t know if the species is in Canada. It is an introduced species in USA. Brown Widows have an “hourglass” mark on the underside that may be yellow, orange, or orange-red. The egg sacs are spiky white balls. I’m not sure if this is what it is…..anyone else?
