Found this spider in my bed after finding some bites on myself.

It’s in genus Steatoda of family Theridiidae. I think Steatoda grossa is the most likely species. The genus, as a group, has the common name of False Widows. They do not have medically significant venom to humans. Anything that looks like a wound to you should be washed and disinfected to help reduce the bacterial infection risk that can come with a skin puncture.
