This spider was unafraid of people and was found on the floor inside a school building in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It was easy to catch and relocate outside.

Hi, this is a Wolf Spider (Lycosidae), I’m not familiar enough with the species in that region to be more specific.

Hello ItsyBisty and annekendrick. I had some help from LittleSlingLover on a spider in Al Ahsa that looks pretty close to this one and is identified as Hogna radiata. I looked at some pics on the net, and I do believe LittleSlingLover nailed it.
