This is a Crab Spider or Running Crab Spider. Either family Thomisidae or Philodromidae. The photo is well-done, I just don’t know enough about them yet to be more specific. They aren’t dangerous to people. They hunt by waiting where they except prey to go, then they grab the prey and shove their fangs into it. No web is involved.
