Unidentified

Phiddipus sp? I don’t know with enough certainty which species in genus Phiddipus this is. Bugguide.net has at least one sighting of P. apacheanus from Nevada. It appears to be difficult to differentiate the species by photo. Even with a great photo like this. The iridescence of the exoskeleton ,where there hairs are more sparse, is interesting. There are many species of iridescent jumping spiders, I didn’t know that any spp. were under all the hairs.
