I think it's an immature male Wolf Spider. I found him in a tiny air gap between icy sheets of frozen Norway Maple leaves in a drainage ditch. He looked like he was frozen, but moved weakly when prodded. I promptly returned him to his insulated spot, before I got a good photo.

He’s near the center of the pic on a maple leaf. I can see his palps in a different bad photo. Cropping the photo caused distortion so I left it as it was. It shows how cute and tiny he was.
Looks like a juvenile Pardosa species to me.
Thank you. I found an adult Pardosa sp. in the same location previously.
