Its identity please. Looked not so aggressive, it had been on almost the same spot for sometime.

Hi, this is a Two-tailed Spider (family Hersillidae). I’m not familiar enough with this family to give you the exact species with confidence.

That’s another hunting technique I didn’t know spiders did – running around the prey to wrap it in silk. Cool!
Oecobiidae does this too.
