Comments & ID Thoughts

I really have no idea what species it could be,I just want to know if it’s venomous since it’s in my room but I don’t want to kill it, I live in the Sierra of my country, really cold and dry climate, sorry for the bad picture, it’s half a centimeter across so that’s the closest I could get without it jumping or something, I saw it move it rear legs a couple times like trying to make a web and it hasn’t moved from where it is in like hours
