It looks like Amaurobius ferox, a Black Lace Weaver. They do tend to live in cracks in walls. My house has a stone and mortar foundation, minus much of the old mortar. Black Lace Weavers have dark gray flat webs on the walls and floor that funnel into the spaces between the stones. The spiders live in the funnel part of the webs. When they feel movement on the web they stick their heads out to see if what is outside is worth getting out of bed for. They don’t have medically significant venom and are unlikely to bite.
