This is a Crab Spider in family Thomisidae, I don’t know the species from memory, hopefully we’ll be able to give you a more specific answer soon. It isn’t a dangerous spider. They hunt prey without using a web, they can only kill insects that they are able to grab with their legs and hold onto while their fangs are in the prey. They are an interesting family of spiders, some have the ability to internally chemically change the colors of their bodies and markings to match their surroundings.
