No clue. But I got bit by something the other night and had to go to the doctor's because my arm got infected.

Hi, this looks like Steatoda nobilis, a Noble Cobweaver. They aren’t aggressive, but may bite in self-defense if they get trapped against skin in some way. They aren’t one of the few spider species in U.S. that has medically significant venom. A puncture wound results from spider and insect bites and that can introduce infectious bacteria into the body. An allergic reaction is rare, but possible, like with insect bites.
