Your spider is in genus Steatoda. I tried changing the light filtering to see if I could recognize the markings, and the pattern is closest to Steatoda nobilis or Steatoda paykulliana. Whichever it is, it isn’t dangerous. From the Steatoda I’ve seen outdoors, they are mostly hunt bugs that are attracted to buildings.
