Hello

It's a cold day in eastern PA and I found this little one near an outlet next to a poorly sealed window. I don't kill insects that fun their way into my space. However I am a bit phobic and have concerns for my furry friends .
I was hoping someone might be able to identify this spider and let me know if I have anything to be worried about. Thanks very much in advance.
