Found in car, some webbing closer to the window but did not seem like a complete web.

This is either a Raft Spider, Dolomedes fimbriatus, or the larger and rarer Great Raft Spider, Dolomedes plantarius. They are in family Pisauridae with the Fishing Spiders and Nursery Web Spiders. Spiders trail a strand of silk behind them as a tether. In a moving car they might plant the thread with dabs of silk to anchor it. in a few places, like they are doing some extreme rock climbing,
Thanks! A Norwegian spider site states that the Great Raft Spider has not been observed in Norway, so it must be the more common one. Also one of the biggest spiders in Norway, apparently. I had to get a picture because of the pretty markings and its unusual size.
