We do have Orb Weaver's in my new backyard. This was found in the bathroom and we are new to this home in North Texas in the Prosper/Aubrey TX Area.

At first you would think that’s a tick!! I did a little research for you and I THINK I want to say it’s a Ground crab spider, Genus Xysticus.
I think you SHOULD say something like that! Not positive it’s genus Xysticus, but it’s really close. Ticks are arachnids, btw. The most terrible arachnids of them all!
