This is Peucetia viridans, a Green Lynx Spider. They are named for the way they move when they chase prey. Their basic default color is light green with paler reflective markings on the abdomen. A cool thing about them is that they have some ability to change colors to match the things around them. This one looks like she was on a dark brown surface a few hours before the photo.
