She’s Micrathena gracilis, a Spiny Micrantha orbweaver. Her cephalothorax and two pairs of her legs are on the side opposite of what is visible. Her eyes are pointed downward, toward the ground. I don’t know what she’s doing with her fourth pair of legs (closest to the top of the photo). She might be preparing to replace the center of the web. I’ve seen them gather and roll part of the web, then eat the rolled silk. Please ignore the Wikipedia article for this species.
